Perfect for your moldings, soakings and other temperated chocolate uses. The melting chocolate pot by DAUDIGNAC is in compliance with professional uses and also private individuals uses.
The chocolate has to be kept at a precise temperature between 28°C (82°F) and 32°C (89°F) according to the kind of chocolate you are using: white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Keeping the preconized temperature is essential for a good crystallization and a shiny aspect. Chocolate needs patience and precision.

Tempering is a key element to succeed in making beautiful chocolates. This melting pot has been design to satisfy as many users as possible, including:

• A removable stainless steel pot of 1,8 L,
• A heat’s variator going from 0°C (32°F) to 60°C (140°F),
• A lid which protects the chocolate from potentials outside bacterias,
• A warming indicator light,
• Silicone pads to stabilize.
